A Moment With…

What was your childhood ambition?
To be a brain surgeon!

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to achieve their goals and having fun whilst doing it!

If you weren’t a Personal Trainer, what would you be?
A diving instructor in Thailand - I can dream!

What job have you had in the past that is very different to what you do now?
I guess my office job in recruitment for 5 years - working office hours and wearing a suit to work was certainly different to being an outdoor trainer.

What is the strangest thing you have ever had to do at work?
This is a hard one! Recruitment was a competitive environment, of which we had to participate in some strange competitions. A few highlights included eating four small red chillies in the quickest time, participate in the amazing race around Sydney and singing ‘Stand By Me’ on karaoke dressed as Wonder Woman.

Apart from keeping fit, what are your favourite pastimes?
Diving, watching a good movie, fishing, and having a good old Auzzie BBQ at the beach with friends!

Name 2 people, dead or alive, that you would invite to a dinner party and why?
Lee Evans because I think he is one of the funniest comedians who would certainly provide some entertainment, and Hugh Jackman definitely because of his excellent acting talents!

What is your ideal holiday location?
The Cook Islands – They look amazing!

What is your favourite movie?
Dirty dancing - I know, standard girl movie!

Who do you find inspiring?
Richard Branson alongside my mum and dad of course!
