Sydney's Favourite Small Group Outdoor Training and Fitness Destination

 

Our Small Group Sessions are our most popular service.

These small, personalised groups allow individuals to be trained to their specific fitness levels in a safe environment - it's just like a personal training session, but at half the cost!

We never have more than 6 in each group and the general focus for each session is to trim you down, improve your fitness level, tone and strengthen your upper body, abs and back, plus stretch those tight muscles.

You will do a combination of boxing, skipping, step-ups, stairs, free weights, strength bands, medicine balls etc etc. Of course if you have an injury that doesn't allow you to do certain exercises, then we tailor the session to ensure you can still workout but not aggravate any problems.

Training with a group can provide a great variety of workout sessions. You will also be given up-to-date educational advice in areas such as nutrition, fitness and well-being. The group sessions are a great way for clients to meet each other and form a social, as well as exercise, bond. Watching others work towards their health and fitness goals is inspiring for you to keep exercising toward achieving your own.

Where are the Small Group Outdoor Personal Training sessions held?

The groups meet at the Jump Start office in Cammeray and from there go into one of the nearby outdoor locations in this North Sydney area. eg Green Park, Soccer Park, Primrose Park, Tunks Park, Grasmere Park.

 

Do I need exercise experience?

No, not at all. We will tailor the exercise sessions so that you are working at the level your body is capable of, but at the same time we will challenge you so that you can achieve your goals. That is why we keep the groups small to no more than 6.

 

What if I am really unfit and haven't exercised for ages?

That is absolutely fine and we look forward to helping you totake small steps to reaching your goals. Remember you will supported the whole time by experienced trainers who will ensure you only exercise at a level that is safe for you right now.

 

What are the benefits of the Small Group Training sessions?

If it rains  the class will be relocated indoors.
