Graham’s aim is to assist his clients at Jump Start reach their goals in a dynamic and exciting way. By drawing on his experience in American Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Boxing and weights training. Through his sessions he hopes to inspire confidence in his clients and invite them to test their limits.

A Moment With...Graham

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to be an actor.

What do you love most about your job?

Working outdoors and being able to see people achieve their goals & exceed their own expectations.

If you weren’t a Personal Trainer what would you be?

I’d probably be a boxer or a fireman.

What job have you had in the past that is very different to what you do now?

Working 9 to 5 as a railway recruitment consultant.

 

What is the strangest thing you have ever had to do at work?

I had to arrest a giant peach & a giant strawberry for stealing a car.

Apart from keeping fit, what are your favourite pastimes?

Hanging out with friends & family, watching movies, eating Mexican food, dreaming.

Name 2 people, dead or alive, that you would invite to a dinner party and why?

Paul Newman (he can bring the salad) and Marlon Brando (the greatest actor that ever lived).

What is your ideal holiday location?

The happiest place on earth - Disneyland!

 

What is your favourite movie?

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.

Kostya Tszyu, Jack Nicholson, Muhammad Ali , George Lucas, Bruce Lee, Quentin Tarrantino, my Mum.
