Outdoor Group Boxing Classes - Lose Weight, Tone Arms, Get Fit!

Our Jump Start ‘Fit 2 Box’ sessions guarantee you a great stress relief workout that you will really enjoy. Boxing is a great cardio and fat burning exercise that will quickly improve your fitness, plus trim and tone up your whole body. Correct boxing techniques are taught ensuring a more effective, safe workout including the incorporation of better self-defence skills.

 

Classes are held on:

  • Tuesdays @ 6.30am - 7.30am
  • Wednesdays @ 6.30pm - 7.30pm
  • Thursdays & 6.30am - 7.30am

"The Fit 2 Box classes have been an awesome way to increase my all round fitness level, burn some body fat, along with touching up on my coordination skills. Where are the classes held?

Soccer Oval, Park Ave, Cammeray (btw the tennis courts and Cammeray Golf Clubhouse)

 

Do I need boxing experience?

Only the basics are necessary for Fit 2 Box. If you do not have basic skills, we recommend you do a couple of one-on-one sessions with our 'Fit 2 Box' instructor.

 

Are the sessions tailored for beginners, intermediate or advanced clients?

Sessions are suitable for men and women of all levels. Options will be given wherever possible to extend those who are quite fit, and ease down for those who need less intensity.

What if I have NO coordination?

Everyone will pick it up quickly within a short period of time - no matter how bad your coordination at other sports has been.

What do I need to bring?

 

  • Water
  • White inner gloves (you can purchase these from us for $5)
  • A towel/yoga mat
  • We will provide you with the boxing equipment unless you would like to bring your own.


What do I need to wear?

Loose fitting, layered exercise clothing - t-shirt and shorts etc.

 

How many in the class?

Class size will be restricted to 10 to ensure individual attention. So get in quick before all the spots go!

 

When are the classes on?

Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings 6.30-7.30am; and Wednesday nights 6.30-7.30pm.

 

My Upper Body Strength and Tone has Really Improved!

"I'm so pleased I started boxing. I was very apprehensive about starting Manual's boxing group. Doing a bit of boxing in the normal group sessions at Jump Start made me think that I could never sustain a full hour of boxing. But I wanted to build more variety into my fitness routine.
