Where are the classes held?
Soccer Oval, Park Ave, Cammeray (btw the tennis courts
and Cammeray Golf Clubhouse)
Do I need boxing experience?
Only the basics are necessary for Fit 2 Box. If you do
not have basic skills, we recommend you do a couple of one-on-one sessions with
our 'Fit 2 Box' instructor.
Are the sessions tailored for beginners,
intermediate or advanced clients?
Sessions are suitable for men and women of all levels. Options will be given wherever possible to extend those who are quite fit, and ease down for those who need less intensity. |

My Upper Body Strength and Tone has Really Improved!"I'm so pleased I started boxing. I was very apprehensive about starting Manual's boxing group. Doing a bit of boxing in the normal group sessions at Jump Start made me think that I could never sustain a full hour of boxing. But I wanted to build more variety into my fitness routine. So I gave it a go and found that boxing gives you a great cardio workout that I think balances lower body workouts. I have really noticed an improvement in my upper body strength and tone.
