Where is the class held?
Green Park, Cammeray (right next door to our gorgeous Personal Training studio). Enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of birds chirping!

What do I need to bring
- a yoga/pilates style mat and/or a towel
- a few layers of clothing as you will warm-up during the session
- water
Should I eat before or after the class?
- Core Strength is best done on an empty tummy.
- Ideally you should allow 4 hours from your last big meal and 2 hours from a snack. But if you must eat just before class then a small piece of fruit or juice is OK.
- It's also best to have gone to the toilet before practice.
- Eating after class is fine.
How many in the class?
Class size will be restricted to 10 to ensure individual attention. So get in quick before all the spots go!
What if it rains?
If it rains the class will be re-located to our indoor Personal Training studio on Cammeray Rd (right next door to Green Park)
What is the cost?
$27 per session
What if I miss a week?
As long as you give us the 24hrs notice then that is fine otherwise if you cancel within the 24hr period or don't show up then you will be charged for the session. If your trainer cannot make the allocated time then you will get a complimentary session.
